Garmin virtual try-on FAQ
Which Garmin watches can I try on online?
Garmin Try On currently supports CIRQA, Forerunner 965, fēnix 8 47 mm AMOLED, and Instinct 3 45 mm AMOLED. Each model has its own page with model-specific dimensions and fit context.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Open Garmin Try On in a modern browser, then allow camera access for live try-on or upload a wrist photo. Camera access is optional.
Is the Garmin virtual try-on accurate to size?
The 3D models are scaled against Garmin's published product dimensions, so the preview can help compare visual case size and style. It is not a millimeter-accurate wrist measurement and cannot guarantee comfort or fit.
Does Garmin Try On upload my camera feed or wrist photo?
In local camera and photo modes, frames, wrist landmarks, and selected photos are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers. Snap-powered effects are also subject to Snap's Camera Kit privacy terms; see the privacy policy for details.
Does Garmin Try On use Snapchat technology?
Yes. When a published Lens is configured, live try-on uses Snap Camera Kit wristwear technology for wrist binding, occlusion, and contact shadows. The website also provides local browser-based camera and photo modes.
Does it work on phones and desktop computers?
It is designed for modern mobile and desktop browsers. Camera availability and tracking quality vary by device; if live camera is unavailable, upload a wrist photo and use the manual controls.
