A wristwear preview that keeps your camera experience under your control.

1. Scope and operator

This policy applies to the Garmin Try On website available at tryongarmin.app and the CIRQA Try-On Android application. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to the operator of the Garmin Try On website and CIRQA Try-On application.

2. Camera and wrist tracking

The camera is used to show a live preview, estimate wrist position and orientation, and render the Garmin wearable model you selected. The Android application currently uses the CIRQA model. We do not use wrist geometry to identify you, infer health information, or create a persistent biometric profile.

The website uses Snap Camera Kit when a published Lens is available for the selected model; other models use the local browser tracker. The Android application currently uses the CIRQA Lens. Camera Kit requires network access to authorize the experience and download a Lens. We do not operate a server that receives the raw camera feed or wrist landmarks.

The website also offers a local photo and camera fallback. In that fallback, temporary landmarks are processed inside your browser with locally served MediaPipe files and 3D assets. Our code does not send those frames or landmarks to our servers, and they are discarded when the session ends or the page closes.

3. Photos and videos you use or capture

On the website, a photo you explicitly select is decoded, analyzed, displayed, and composited inside your browser. Our code does not upload the selected photo, MediaPipe landmarks, or generated preview to our servers.

A capture is created only when you choose the generate action. The website copies the current Camera Kit capture canvas, or composites the local fallback, inside your browser and then waits for you to confirm download or sharing. The Android application keeps Camera Kit capture results in local app storage or cache so they can be shown to you.

Camera Kit’s Android reference interface may also offer access to photos or videos that you explicitly select from your device. Selected media is used only for the action you request. We do not automatically upload selected or captured files to our servers.

Files remain on your device until you delete them, clear browser or app data, uninstall the app, or the operating system clears temporary app files.

4. Information we do not request

The current version does not require a Garmin Try On website account or a CIRQA Try-On application account and does not request your name, email address, contacts, precise location, microphone, payment information, health information, or advertising identifier. We do not include an advertising SDK, set a Google Analytics user ID, or send camera frames, wrist landmarks, selected photos, or generated captures to Google Analytics.

5. Service providers and technical data

Snap Camera Kit. Supported website models and the Android application use Camera Kit for Lens authorization, delivery, rendering, and wristwear tracking. Snap states that Camera Kit may process limited product-interaction, diagnostic, crash, and performance metrics that are not linked to you. Snap handles that information under the Snap Privacy Policy and Camera Kit Terms.

Cloudflare. The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP addresses, request headers, and security logs. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4. The website uses the Google tag to measure page views, session statistics, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, and basic interaction events enabled for the web data stream. Google Analytics may store a first-party _ga cookie and client identifier to distinguish visits and sessions. Our integration does not send camera frames, wrist landmarks, selected photos, or generated captures to Analytics. Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy.

Google components. The website serves its MediaPipe fallback model and runtime from the same website, and our fallback implementation does not send camera frames or wrist landmarks to Google. On compatible Android devices, Camera Kit may use Google Play services or ARCore components for device-side AR capabilities. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Amazon affiliate links. This website contains affiliate links to Amazon. If you follow one, Amazon may receive referral and technical request data and may place or recognize cookies under the Amazon.com Privacy Notice. We do not receive your Amazon account or payment information.

6. Permissions

Camera permission is required for live try-on. Internet and network-state access are used to load website resources, authorize Camera Kit, and download the Lens. Camera Kit may request access to photos or videos you select through its media interface. The current Android application removes location permissions and does not request microphone access.

7. Retention and your choices

We do not retain camera frames, wrist landmarks, or captures on our own servers. You can decline camera permission, stop the camera at any time, revoke permission in system settings, delete downloaded or captured files, clear site or app data, or uninstall the application. You can also block or clear Analytics cookies through your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Snap, Cloudflare, and Google retain their limited service data according to their own policies and the applicable service settings.

8. Security

We use HTTPS for the public website and limit the application permissions to those needed for the try-on experience. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we design the product to minimize the information that leaves your device.

9. Children

Garmin Try On and the CIRQA Try-On application are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Camera Kit may display Snap’s terms notice before a Lens can be used.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version. For privacy questions or requests, use the support contact shown in the application’s store listing.
