Privacy
This notice describes how TryOnGarmin handles your information.
Your photos
When you add a photo, we resize it and remove its embedded metadata in your browser. A draft containing your photo and watch selection is saved in this browser so it can survive Google sign-in. It expires after 24 hours and is removed the next time you open the service. You can remove your current draft sooner using Remove below your photo, or clear this site’s browser data.
Your photo leaves your device when you start generation. We use multimodal AI models to check for a clearly visible wrist and generate your try-on render. If the photo passes the check, it is processed with your selected watch reference image. A rejected photo does not create an image or use generation credits.
Original uploads stay private. Generated results require your signed-in account unless you choose public Showcase sharing as described below. Original photos are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Generated results are available for 30 days and then scheduled for deletion. Removal runs periodically, so physical deletion can occur after those times. These limits apply to storage controlled by this service; the AI provider’s own data policies also apply to processing. Download a result if you want to keep it longer.
Showcase review and credit choice
New photo drafts start with sharing unchecked. Free or gifted credits require explicit consent to Feishu review and public sharing if approved. Purchased credits allow a private preview at the same one-credit cost, without a review-group transfer. When both types are available, a sharing request uses a free credit first. The screen shows the credit type and says Generate & submit for review. You may decline. Signing in, generating an image or submitting a review request does not by itself make a new preview public.
When you select sharing, we copy only the generated preview and selected watch details to our Feishu moderation group, with any available advisory risk information. All group members can view or save the image; only the explicitly authorized reviewer can approve public display. We do not send your original upload, account email, profile, orders, credit information, prompts or storage keys to the group. We keep the consent, image fingerprint, delivery identifiers and review decision needed to enforce the review. Unknown or missing review outcomes do not grant public access. An AI hint is not independent image review or legal clearance.
After approval, anyone can view your generated preview, current profile name and Google-hosted avatar, and selected watch model until the result’s original 30-day expiry. Rejection keeps the preview private without changing its retention or generation credits. Showcase does not expose your email, credits, orders, prompts or original upload. It contains Amazon shopping links and may earn us a commission; sharing is not a product endorsement by you.
Older private previews are not sent to Feishu or published automatically. An available, never-shared preview can be submitted through My try-ons → Show off, with fresh, initially unchecked consent and no additional credit. Older previews already public under the previous notice keep only their original public-display permission and expiry; they are not automatically copied to Feishu. Old draft choices are not upgraded to the new review consent.
You can cancel a review or withdraw public sharing from My try-ons. This blocks future public-image requests and invalidates old approval buttons, but does not delete your private result, restart retention or refund credits. We attempt to update the review card after cancellation, rejection or expiry; updates may be delayed or unavailable. Website removal cannot guarantee deletion of the copy held by Feishu or copies saved by group members or visitors. Feishu’s own processing and retention policies apply to its copy. Only submit images you have permission to share with this audience. Contact support for privacy or removal concerns.
Google sign-in and credits
We receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture to create and secure your account. We store an essential session cookie and maintain your credit balance, its free/purchased allocation, and generation records. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your email messages.
When you are signed out, Google’s optional One Tap component may load and offer an account choice. Google and your browser control whether it appears. You choose whether to sign in; automatic account selection is disabled. We use a ten-minute browser-binding cookie and a per-tab quiet marker to secure this flow and avoid repeated prompts. Signing out pauses new One Tap prompts for one day; the regular Google sign-in button remains available. We do not send your photo or credit information to Google for sign-in.
Optional site analytics
With your permission, we use the same Google Analytics property as our earlier site to understand visits to public pages. Analytics does not load before you choose Allow analytics. You can turn it off below; your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal also keeps it off. A local preference remembers your choice. Google sign-in, credits and essential service records do not depend on this choice.
When allowed, Google Analytics may receive public-page activity, general device and browser information, network information and a pseudonymous visitor identifier stored in this site’s analytics cookies. We do not pass your photos, Google account identifiers, email, credit balance, orders, generation identifiers or prompts to Analytics. We supply fixed public-page titles and addresses and only the origin of a referring site. We do not initialize analytics on URLs with query strings or fragments, on administrative/API routes, in your private photo workflow, or on test/local deployments.
Turning analytics off stops future collection by this integration and removes only its own analytics cookies on this host. It does not remove previously collected reports or cookies created by the earlier site. Google processes analytics data under Google’s privacy policy.
Usage records
We keep technical usage records, including request times, token counts when provided, and estimated processing costs to operate the service. The site administrator can review these records. Usage records do not contain photo contents or AI prompts.
Payments
Payments for credits are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout page. We send Stripe your account email and the order information needed to complete the purchase. Stripe collects and processes your payment and billing information under Stripe’s privacy policy. TryOnGarmin does not receive your full payment card number.
We receive and retain transaction identifiers, purchase status and refund information needed to deliver credits, prevent duplicate delivery, handle support requests and keep financial records.
Service providers
We use third-party service providers for AI processing, hosting, account storage, private image storage, account sign-in, payment processing and, only with review consent, Feishu moderation delivery. They process the information needed to provide their part of this try-on service.
Google handles account sign-in. For information about that service, see Google’s privacy policy.
Amazon links
Watch thumbnails in Showcase link directly to Amazon, sometimes to a model search when an exact product listing is not verified. An Associate tag may identify qualifying purchases to Amazon. We do not include your account identifier, profile, photo, prompt or credit information in these links. Amazon handles visits and purchases under its own privacy policy; its prices, sellers, stock and variants can change.
